RESOLUTION NO.89-68
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SOUTHLAKE, TEXAS, APPOINTING MEMBERS TO A
CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS ADVISORY COMMITTEE.
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Southlake,
Texas, formed a Capital Improvements Advisory Committee to work
with the City Staff in developing and implementing land use
perimeters for water and sewer impact fees; and,
WHEREAS, it ]nas been established that the committee is
to consist of at least five (5) members, with two (2) of the
members being developers; now,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SOUTHLAKE, TEXAS, THAT:
Section 1. That all of the above premises axe found to be true
and correct and are incorporated into the body of this resolution
as if copied in their entirety.
Section 2. That the City Counci desires to appoint the following
members to serve on the Capital Improvements Advisory Committee:
1. Barry Emerson 2. Paul McCallum
3. Joe L. Wright 4. Bob Hopkins
5. Eurt Miller 6. Stephen Apple
7. Ernest Johnson
Alternate Member: Bruce McCombs
Section 3. That this resolution shall become effective after its
passage and adoption by the City Council.
