RESOLUTION NO.89-65
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SOUTHLAKE, TEXAS, AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT FOR MUTUAL
AID W/TH CITY OF BEDFORD FOR AN ARSON TASK
FORCE. PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Southlake,
Texas, deems it to be in the best interest, health, and welfare
of the citizens of Southlake to enter into an agreement with City
of Bedford for an Arson Task Force; and,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SOUTBLAKE, TEXAS, THAT:
Section t. That the City Council hereby approved the agreement
between the City of Southlake and City of Bedford for mutual aid
in an Arson Task Force, in the form attached hereby as Exhibit
"A" and authorizes and directs the Mayor to execute and have
delivered such agreement to City of Bedford.
Secticn 2. That this Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage.
