RESOLUTION NO. 89-58
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SOUTHLkKE, TEl{AS, AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO
5NTER INTO A INTE~ AGREFP~ENT WITH TARRANT
COUNTY FOR THE RECONSTRUCTION OF NORTH KIMBALL
AVENUE. PROVIDING AN E~'FkL~IVE DATE.
WHEREAS, %he City Cou~%cil of the City of Southlake, Texas, deems
it to be in the best ]~nterest, health, and welfare of the citizens to
maintain tl~e public roadways; and,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITT COUNCIL OF 25~ CIT~ OF
SOUTHLAKE, TEXAS, THAT:
Section 1. That the City Council hereoy approves the Interlocal
Agreement between the City of Southlake and Tarrant County for
reconstruction of Norlzh Kimball Avenue, in the form attached hereto as
L%chLbit "A" and authorizes and direct the Mayor to e~xecute and have
delivered such agreen~nt to Tarrant County.
Section 2. That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect from
~nd after its passage.
