RESOLUTION NO. 89-55
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SOUTHLAKE, TEXAS,
APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO ~
THE CONTINUING EDUCATION CONTRACT WITH M~'i'~O-
CREST MEDICAL SER%qCES, INC. DECLAP~NG AN
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTHLAKE,
TEXAS, THAT:
Section 1. That the City Council hereby approved the Continuing
Education Contract with Metrocrest Medical Services, Inc., for a period
to be in effect on the 1st day of October, 1989, and shall remain Jm
effect until the 30th day of September, 1990, in the form attached
hereto as Exhibit "A" and authorizes and directs the Mayor to execute
and have delivered such agreement to Metrocrest Medical Services, Inc.
Section 2. That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect frc~
and after its passage.
