RESOLUTION NO. 89-37
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SOUTHLAKE, TEXAS, APPOINTING A
COUNCILMEMBER TO THE SOUTHLAKE ECONOMIC
DEVELOPMENT COUNCIL. PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Southlake, Texas,
entered into an agreement with the Economic Development Council,
which is a nonprofit corporation, established under the laws of
the State of Texas for the purpose of promoting businesses in the
City of Southlake, Texas; and,
WHEREAS, the By-Laws of the Southlake Economic Development
Council requires that one member from the City Council be
appointed to serve on the Southlake Economic Development Council;
now,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SOUTHLAKE, TEXAS, THAT:
Section 1. That all of the above premises are found to be true
and correct and are incorporated into the body of this resolution
as if copied in there entirety.
Section 2. That the City Council desires to appoint
Richard Wilhelm , to serve on the Southlake Economic
Development Council as the representative of the City Council.
