RESOLUTION NO. 89-29
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SOUTHIAKE, TEXAS, ESTABLISH-
ING THE OFFICE OF CITY HEALTH OFFI~t~:
pRDIriDING AN ~'YbCTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest for the health, safety
and welfare of the citizens of the City of Southlake, Texas, to have
a City Health Officer; and,
WHEREAS, the position of City Health Officer, term of two
years, has currently expired; now,
TH~qlEFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SOUTHI2k%CE, TEXAS, THAT:
Section 1. That all the findings in the preamble are found to be trde
and correct m%d the City Council does hereby incorporate said findings
into the body of this resolution as if copied in their entirety.
Section 2. That effective inmediately, the City Council hereby
appoints DR. JOHN ANSOHN, as City Health Officer for a two year tel~n.
Section 3. That this Rasolution be in full force and effect from and
after its passage and approval.
