RESOLUTION NO. 89-22
A RESOLUTION OF ~ CITY OF SO~,
TEXAS, APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR TO EXECUTE THE TARRANT COUNTY
RURAL FIRE PREVENTION DISTRICT CONTRACT
FOR FIRE AND/OR AMBULANCE. DECLARING
AN E~'~'~JCI'IVE DATE.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TF~ CITY OF SOUTHLAKE,
TEXAS, THAT:
Section 1. That the City Council hereby approved the Tarrant County
Rural Fire Prevention District's contract for Fire and/or Ambulance
Service for the date beginning October 1, 1988, ~nd ending September
30, 1989, in the form attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and authorizes and
directs the Mayor to execute and deliver such agreement to the Board of
Fire Cor~nissioners.
Section 2. That this .Resolution shall k~ in full force and effect frc~
and after its passage.
