P~{EREAS, Persorsel Policies are necessary for the proper administration
the affairs of the City; now,
%~P~,FORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY ~ CITY COUNCIL OF %%[E CITY OF SOUTHLAKE,

Section 1. That a] 1 of the above recitals sod pre~mbles ~re found to be
%~/e and correct.
Section 2. That the City Council hereby specifically repeals ~nd de-
clares null and void, henceforth, all resolutions or minute orders
deaiino w~th any L~rsormel z~]e, requlation, or pelicy in conflict with
these new Per~oru~ez Po!Jcies.
Section 3. ~f~:at the Personnel Policies, a true copy of which is attach-
~ hereto ~d incorporated herein, for all purposes shall be adopted as
~J~e Personnel Policie~ for the City of Southlake, Texas.
Sectiom 4. That the City Manager may promulgate codes, rules, regula-
po~._c] .... necessary to Lmpzem. Dt these Personnel Policies.
