SPIN #5 DETAILS: The owner, Ross Melbourne, is requesting approval for a Solar Energy System consisting of 78 solar energy panels (270W per panel)oriented south on a south roof approximately 1,377 square feet in area. The new residence currently under construction is located on the western portion of the property located on 1700 Shady Oaks Drive. The solar panels are proposed to be installed on the southern roof area of a new residence. The solar panels combined form a 21.6 kW photovoltaic system.
