Three (3) REI attached cabinet signs are proposed at approximately 85 sf in size on the east, west and north elevations. The signs are black with push through graphics shown in white. One (1) awning sign over entrance, showing a twenty (20) inch letter height. One (1) directory sign panel flush against wall at entrance. Michael’s Signs 1 and 4 shall have a maximum letter height of fifty-four (54) inches (M, h and l).
