It will have a wrought iron fence and landscaping and tie into Westwyck Hills o  Will you keep the trees? Yes, there will be a setback to try to save the trees. o  Concerned about the water drainage to the north Water will be held on site with a pond and will maintain current flow levels. o  Will water feature have a fountain? Not sure yet if it will be detention or retention pond. o  Wants to keep as many trees as possible  Will there be lighting along the Randol Mill Drive frontage? Not sure yet. May be located at the Biltmore Drive entry. o  Entry and exit on Biltmore Drive  Will there be sewer and will I be forced to tie into it? There will be sewer and will need to have a lift station on Biltmore Drive to take it o south. City will not require you to tie into sewer for this project.
