FORUM SUMMARY: Proposed Site Plan for the Community Recreation Center Phase I which consists of 22,408 SF community building & outdoor amphitheater. Staff discussed the details for Phase 1 of the project. Some of the plans presented at the meeting:   QUESTIONS / CONCERNS: What is the timeline? The site plan will go to P&Z May 22 and City Council June 3. R The construction timeline is August 2014 through December 2015 for Phase 1. R Pending a successful election, Phase 2 should begin construction July/August 2015 through January 2018.
