Development Details Proposed development of six (6) residential lots, measuring approximately 15,000 square feet, on approximately three (3) acres. The plans presented at SPIN:   QUESTIONS / CONCERNS Are you keeping the trees? Yes, it is our intention to save as many trees as possible. They are economically R beneficial. The pecan trees are a nice amenity. What about drainage? Yes, there are issues we will need to address. A 1-foot pilot channel is planned to R be built to help get the flow of water into the surface inlet. This is not the original plan? We are keeping the 4-lot plan in play (ZA13-142); going with this 6-lot if accepted R by City Council. Lot sizes? These lots are similar or larger than the lots in Estes Park.
