The Southlake Home Depot event is scheduled for April 26, 2014. The applicant has requested a 3-year approval period. Location: 300 Village Center Drive Event Plan Site Photos Event Details Date is Saturday 04/26/14 Set up to be done the night before.  Event is from 9am-1pm on 04/26. Clean up completed by 3pm. Approx. 12 temporary pop up tents. (10X10). Lot space is approx. 32x90. No banners just store made signage within event boundary. Kids’ workshop. Vendor Demonstrations. Corral will be set up by the store using Blocks and timbers the night before and will be removed the next day. P&Z Action February 20, 2014; Approved (6-0) subject to Staff Report dated February 14, 2014 with an approval for the event for 3 years and the applicant communicating with the City by January 15 of each subsequent year of when the event will be held.
