Just to let you know, I spoke with Mr. Schirle about another project adjacent to the project below. He informed me that
it will have to go through the SPIN process and that it would be a good idea if we combine both projects on the 25th.
The project is an expansion to an existing building (Heritage I). Please see attachment for more info.

Good morning:
This is to confirm the following four items will be heard at the March 25, 2014 SPIN Forum. This

meeting will be held in the Southlake Town Hall - Council Chambers on the 2 Floor beginning at
6:00PM. Any presenters should plan to arrive 15 minutes prior to that time. Please let me know if you
have any questions.
SPIN #11 will host a meeting to discuss proposed changes to Lakeside Presbyterian
Church located at 2701 W. Southlake Blvd. Changes include enlarging the existing sanctuary,
adding a two-story classroom to the back of the facility and adding parking.
SPIN #8 will host a meeting to discuss the proposed construction of two multi-tenant
commercial buildings on a 24.1 acre property on S. Kimball Avenue directly across from
Dragon Stadium. These buildings are proposed as one 128,000 sq. foot building and one
189,000 sq. foot building.
SPIN #8 will discuss the proposed development of 2.4 acres located at 1363 Brumlow
Avenue for approximately 28,067 sq. feet of office/flex space in six buildings.
SPIN #8 will discuss changes to the Carroll Pointe development at the SE corner of SH114
and Carroll Avenue (1201 East SH114). Changes include the elongation of two canopies and
the addition of a generator enclosure to accommodate use as an Elite Care Facility.
