Commission Kubiak asked about a sidewalk along Kimball Avenue. Patty Moos stated that it is a requirement. David Carr, 1205 S White Chapel Blvd., Southlake came forward. Mr. Carr addressed Planning and Zoning Commission Meeting Minutes —March 6, 2014 Page 3 of 4 questions regarding the flexibility of the Tots for future development. Chairman Hudson asked Mr. Carr to explain the phasing. Chairman Hudson opened and closed the public hearing. Commissioner Parrish asked staff about plat filing. Dennis Killough gave a brief answer regarding plat filing for a plat revision and a timeline. Motion to approve ZA14 -026 subject to Plat Review Summary No. 2 and Staff Report dated February 28, 2014 and permitting the applicant at the time of filing the plat to file in conformance with the concept plan and preliminary plat that was previously approved and the utility services be provided to all lots as shown on the plat revision and/or concept plan and or preliminary plat.
