League of Cities Congressional City Conference in Washington,

Requested:
Consider travel expenditure associated with National League of
Cities Congressional City Conference.
Background
Information:
The City Council expense policy provides the methodology for
meetings, seminars and other travel for Council members. The
policy states when funds have been budgeted, reimbursement for
travel expenses of all city council members is authorized for certain
meetings and events. A copy of the expense policy is provided in
your packet.
If funds have not been budgeted for authorized meetings and
events as outlined in the City Council expense policy, the request
must be approved by the City Council.

The approximate cost associated with this travel request is
$2,145.00.
