The proposed FUA with SGSA delivers on the focus area of Partnerships & Volunteerism and Performance Management & Service Delivery and meet the corporate objectives to Collaborate with select partners to implement service solutions and Promote opportunities for partnerships & volunteer involvement. They also address Critical Business Outcome CB05 – optimize resources through collaboration and partnerships to reduce costs and add service value.
