City coordinates w/athletic associations to provide youth athletics programs to residents
Use of City fields is authorized through a FUA
2014 & 2015 (w/one 2-yr renewal option)
2014-15 FUA
Essentially same agreement as 2012-13 previously reviewed by the City Attorney and approved by CC
Non-league tournament language removed as tournaments are now managed through the City’s tournament agreement
Park Board recommended 5-0

The purpose of this item is for City Council to approve the Facilities Utilization Agreement with Southlake Girls Softball Association (SGSA) for 2014-15.
The proposed FUA with SGSA delivers on the focus area of Partnerships & Volunteerism and Performance Management & Service Delivery and meet the corporate objectives to Collaborate with
select partners to implement service solutions and Promote opportunities for partnerships & volunteer involvement. They also address Critical Business Outcome CB05 – optimize resources
through collaboration and partnerships to reduce costs and add service value.
