Approved (6-0) in accordance with staff report dated November 25, 2013 to include the alternate shared drive through the properties of Strode and Greenway. Granting the variance for
the stacking depth of driveway D and E, to include an amenities package the number of PODs, trashcans, etc. and the type of gate for the patio dining area and the type of color for the
awnings, umbrellas etc. To maintain the living wall, and to include in the sidewalks a detail of the color rendition of the type of the material for the masonry sidewalks, to shore up
the retaining wall material as stone. To show a conceptual plan feature for the southeast corner of Kimball and 1709. No warehousing uses permitted. And to discuss with staff between
now and the 2nd reading the right way and the corner landscaping and bring back the lighting for the parking lot and identify plants on the landscape plan, include the faux window on
the east side of building G. To show Driveway C, the deceleration lane on the site plan.

and a Preliminary Plat for the development of a 123,800 square foot retail and restaurant shopping center.

MASTER THOROUGHFARE PLAN
To be designed as a 60’ foot (C2U) collector roadway with a speed limit not to exceed 30 mph.
Roadway to include curb gutters, street trees and sidewalks.
Traffic calming measures should be considered in the design of the roadway.
CISD’s north drive connection to Kimball Avenue shall be closed.
Intersection improvements such as pedestrian crosswalks should be considered at key intersection points
The northern boundary of the CISD property should be fenced to minimize potential vehicle/pedestrian conflict.
Include center turn lane at intersection of S. Kimball and Village Center for increased stacking.
