Beginning at a fence comer, being the northeast comer of the tract of land being
described, which tract was deeded to W. Ralph Evans as recorded in Volume 4543, Page
782 of the Deed Records of Tarrant County, Texas;
THENCE S. 10 7' 0" east, a distance of 165.14 feet to a point for a comer;
THENCE S. 10 57' 27" east, a distance of 161.19 feet to an iron pin for a comer;
THENCE S. 890 20' 40" west, a distance of 578.86 feet;
