Southlake, Tarrant County, Texas, and being a portion of the tract described by Deed to First American Savi~gs Ba~k,
S.S.B. Shareholders Trust, recorded in Volume 12289, Page 1089, Deed Records, Tarrant County, Texas, said portion
being more, particularly described by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at a 5/8 inch iron rod found at the Northeast corner of the above referenced tract, said point being by deed
calls South 2103.6 feet and West 534.6 feet from the Northeast corner of said Hall Survey, said point also being an
inner ell corner of Lot 2, L.B.G. Hall No. 686 Addition, an Addition to the City of Southlake, Tarrant County, Texas, as
recorded in Cabinet A, Slide 1216, Plat Records, Tarrant County, Texas;
THENCE South 02 degrees 00 minutes 52 seconds East (reference bearing), along the most Easterly West line of said
Lot 2 and the East line of the tract described in Volume 10641, Page 1628,313.44 feet to a 5/8 inch iron rod found at
the Northeast corner of Lot 1, Block 1, First American Savings Bane Addition, an Addition to the City of Southlake,
