Property Situation
The property is located at 1901 West Southlake Boulevard.
Development Details
Site Plan for 4,422 square foot single-story retail/restaurant building on 0.7 acres located
on the vacant lot at the southeast corner of W. Southlake Blvd. and Players Circle. The
Concept Plan for the Players Circle Development was approved in 2005.
The proposed use of the building is a lighter traffic restaurant, such as a coffee shop or
smoothie shop; or a combination of restaurant and retail.
The proposed building is approximately 1,000 square feet larger than the square footage
approved in the overall concept plan.
