Letter of Intent
G&A Job No. 13104R
Mr. Baker:
On behalf of Centurion American, we respectfully request to return cases CP 13-004 and ZA 13-093 for
Glenmore back to the Planning and Zoning Commission for their January 91h meeting. The Planning and
Zoning Commission denied both these cases during its November 7ch meeting and we would like an
opportunity to present to the Commission a revised plan based on their input from that meeting. Please
feel free to contact us if there are any questions. We look forward to showing the Commission an
updated plan in January.
