4D. Approve renewal of a contract with O'Donnell's Landscape Services for 2014 for groups 2, 3, 4, 6 and 7 and as alternate for groups 1 and 5 in an amount not to exceed $350,000.
4E. Approve renewal of contract with Signature Contracting Services for 2014 for group 5 and alternate for group 4 in an amount not to exceed $15,000.
