Southlake Boulevard and Randol Mill Road at 2310 W. Southlake Boulevard. Development Details Concept plan for 5,600 square foot retail/restaurant including a patio area on an undeveloped lot in the Jellico Square development. This is the last parcel to be developed in this center from the concept plan approved by City Council in 2005. The building will be a one-story structure constructed to the same materials as the main building containing the Sprouts store. One variance will be requested to allow the roof line to match the main retail building (structures smaller than 6,000 square feet are required to have a pitched roof).
