• SYAC Membership- New guidelines
o Attend one council meeting in the fall semester
o Must attend 3 consecutive meetings to become new member
o Attend 1 of 2 Community Service events (Home for Holidays &
Easter in the Park)
o Miss 2 consecutive meetings —must attend 2 consecutive
meetings
o Miss 3 meetings, placed on probation (non- voting) —must attend
2 consecutive meeting to become voting member again.
• Home for the Holidays- SYAC will volunteer at a booth, sign up at
November 20 meeting
• Spring Project Ideas- Will discuss once we establish SYAC membership
