There was some discussion regarding use of the panels and the possibility of adding more at a later date. Public hearing was opened and closed. Staff stated that if Mr. Klein chose to add more panels later that an additional SUP would be required. In order to avoid that, something needs to be added to the motion based on more clarification from the applicant of how much more would be needed. Mr. Klein clarified how many more would be added and where they would be located. Residential is welcomed but the concern is the entrance onto Southlake Boulevard along with drainage that would change. Gunnar West, 306 Sterling Court came forward. Rick Stacey, 1000 W Southlake Boulevard came forward and expressed his support for the development. Bobby Dollak with G & A Consultants came forward to address all concerns made by the citizens and the Commission. Mehrdad Moayedi with Centurion American located at 1221 N -IH 35 E, Suite 200, Carrollton came forward to address development concerns and questions. The Commission discussed the case with concerns about the land use change and the density. Another concern is there isn't enough green space. Larry Flynn, 304 Sterling Court came forward and is opposed to the density. Monica Meeks, 308 Blanco Circle came forward and is opposed to the density. Patricia Goldschlager, 212 Timber Lake Way came forward and is concerned about the density.
