iNCLUDE SAID HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED
PROPERTY WITHIN SAID CITY LIMITS;
GRANTING TO ALL THE INHABITANTS OF SAID
PROPERTY ALL OF THE RIGDTS AND PRIVILEGES
OF OTHER CITIZENS AND BINDING SAID
INHABITANTS BY ALL OF TNE ACTS,
ORDINANCES, RESOLUTIONS AND REGULATIONS OF
SAID CITY; ESTABLiSMING ZONING DISTRICTS
FOR SUCH TERRITORY; CONTAINING A

the territorial limits of said city, and the inhabitants thereof
shall hereafter be entitled to all rights and privileges of other
citizens of the City of SOUTHI~KE, and they shall be bound by the
acts, ordinances, resolutions and regulations of said city.
SECTION TWO: The said tract, described in Section One above, is
hereby annexed into the City of Southlake, Texas, as zoning district
classified as "HC", "Heavy Conmlercial".
SECTION THREE: That, the official map and boundaries of the
City of Southlake, Texas, as heretofore adopted and amended, be and
the same is hereby amended so as to include the aforedescribed
territory as a part of the City of Southlake, Texas.
SECTION FOUR: This ordinance is being passed for the purpose
Of a~exi~lg unto the City of Southlake, Texas the land or territory
desczibed in this ordinance. Should any section, article, provision
or part of this ordinance be declared to the unconstitutional and/or
