CCPD looked at artwork that was previously commissioned or could be commissioned by grand opening date
At May 14, 2013 meeting, CCPD selected Sheldon James to provide a mural concept
Sheldon James and art consultant John Kinkade visited site in September
CCPD approved (6-0) with suggested changes
Southlake Arts Council approved (5-0)
with suggested changes
