REQUEST: Approval of a Site Plan for the development of a one-story daycare facility consisting of approximately 8,439 square feet in size on approximately 1.02 acres. LOCATION: 600 Zena Rucker Road ZA13-071 City Council Action September 17, 2013; City Council tabled this item to the October 1, 2013 regularly scheduled meeting. The following items were discussed for consideration: The location of the dumpster The proposed fence The color of the building Original Site Plan (indicating two lost parking spaces) Revised Site Plan Dumpster re-location Proposed Fence Plan Original Landscape Plan Revised Landscape Plan showing dumpster re-location Revised Sample Color Rendering Requested Variances Bufferyards The Zoning Ordinance requires a 5-foot, Type-A bufferyard along the northern boundary of the site. The applicant is requesting to construct six (6) parking spaces within a portion of the northern bufferyard.   Stacking Depth The Driveway Ordinance No. 634 requires there to be a minimum of 28-feet of stacking depth from any driveway off of Zena Rucker Road due to the number of parking spaces on site. The applicant is requesting a stacking depth of 24 feet for both driveways. QUESTIONS?
