Section 1. Upon the basis of an e ineer~:;g a-.-.d traffic investigation .
heretofore made as authorized by the provisions of Section 167 and 169
of Article XI N, R.C.S. 6701d, Uniform Act Regu'ati ; Traffic on Highways,
the following prima facie speed limits hz-"cafter indicated for vehicles
are hereby determined and declared to be reasonable and safe; and such
speed limits are hereby find at the rate of speed indicated for vehicles
traveling upon the rased si:reets and hloi:waya, or parts thereof, described
as follows:

a) From Station 154+45 (Southlake-Keller City Limit on West R.O.W.
line of Pearson Lane) easterly 5.430 mires to Station 441+13
(Intersection with SH-114) at 55 miles per hour.
Section 2. Any person violating any of the provisions of this ordinance
shall'be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall
be fined in any sum not more than two hundred ($200) dollars.
