PZ RECOMENDATIONS
The Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval (5-0) granting the requested variances with the exception of requiring the fence/wall proposed around the area of development
to be 8 feet rather than 6 feet and for it to be the stamped concrete wall option rather than the textured metal fence.
