The request is being made by the applicant, Doug and Kristin Jones, for property described as Lot 15, Block 1, Loch Meadow Estates, an addition to the City of Southlake, Tarrant County, Texas and located at 3056 Loch Meadow Ct., Southlake, Texas. The current zoning is SF -1A — Single Family Residential District. Applicant requested to table this item to the September 12, 2013 meeting.
