High Level Description
This Interlocal agreement between the City and Carroll ISD is for the use of 1 pair of their existing unused fiber infrastructure. This will enable the City to extend the existing wide
area network to include the new DPS North facility.
Duration of the agreement is 10 years from execution
Benefits
Reduced infrastructure cost – the alternative with a supplier would include recurring cost. This agreement only requires relocation costs at 50% where this pair is utilized if needed

City responsible for costs associated with the connection between the City and CISD networks which has been included with DPS North facility construction costs
