COMMISSION MEETING
June 17, 2002
COMMISSIONERS PRESENT: Chairman Jim Murphy, Vice Chairman John Terrell, and
Commissioners: Vernon Stansell, Bret Boren, Doug Standley, Ralph Williams, and Darrell Faglie.
COMMISSIONERS ABSENT: None
CITY STAFF PRESENT: Bruce Payne, Director of Planning; E. Allen Taylor, Jr., City Attorney;
Dennis Killough, Senior Planner; Ken Baker, Senior Planner; and Lorrie Fletcher, Administrative
Secretary.
Chairman Murphy called the meeting to order at 6:33 p.m.
AGENDA ITEM # 2, ADMINISTRATIVE COMMENTS:
There were no administrative comments.
Chairman Murphy announced an Executive Session in order to seek the advice of the City Attorney
pursuant to Section 551.071, Texas Local Government Code, regarding matters posted on this
agenda. The Executive Session commenced at 6:34 p.m. and ended at 7:44 p.m. Chairman Murphy
called the meeting back to order and asked the Commissioners if there was any action necessary as a
rcsult of the Executive Session. There was no action necessary.
AGENDA ITEM # 4, MEETiNG ADJOURNMENT:
Chairman Murphy adjourned the meeting at 7:45:01p.m. on June 17, 2002.
