WHEREAS certain surveyor scrivener's errors have been discovered in the Plat Map and Metes
& Bounds Description of the Easement.
NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: THAT the Plat Map and Metes &
Bounds Description attached hereto and made a part of this instrument shall now and forever more
