Re: Texas Health Southlake Specific Use Permit
To whom it may concern:
We will use the storage shed to keep supplies in that have been receive but have not been
checked in, also items that are to be shipped out from the hospital. The storage shed will not be
used to house, or store anything flammable, or any toxic supplies. These types of item are
governed by state and federal regulation that the hospital must follow and maintain in order to
stay compliant. We do not use any chemicals here to develop x -rays, the radiology department
is completely digital in this aspect.
If you have any further question, please do not hesitate to contact us.
