Pursuant to Section 551.071, Texas Government Code, the Board may meet in executive session to consult with the City Attorney regarding matters authorized by Section 551.071, including matters posted on this agenda. 2. Consider: ZBA-645, Variance to Ordinance No. 480, Section 33.14, requiring a minimum lot size of one acre for the use of an on-site sewage facility (OSSF) and a Variance to Ordinance No. 480, Section 11.5(f), requiring a minimum lot area of forty three thousand five hundred sixty (43,560) square feet. The request is being made by the applicant, Kevin Northcutt, for property described as Tracts 2A6 and 2A, F. Throop Survey, Abstract No. 1511, City of Southlake, Tarrant County, Texas and located at 2008 and 2010 E. Highland St., Southlake, Texas. The current zoning is SF - 1A —Single Family Residential District. PUBLIC HEARING 5. Adjourn.
