EXECUTIVE SESSION: If a need arises to seek the advice from the City Attorney as to the posted
subject matter of this Zoning Board of Adjustment meeting, the issues or matters will be discussed in
executive session.
Pursuant to Section 551.071, Texas Government Code, the Board may meet in executive session to
consult with the City Attorney regarding matters authorized by Section 551.071, including matters
posted on this agenda.

2. Approval of the minutes of the July 11, 2013 regular Zoning Board of Adjustment meeting.

4. Consider: ZBA-645, Variance to Ordinance No. 480, Section 33.14, requiring a minimum lot size
of one acre for the use of an on-site sewage facility (OSSF) and a Variance to Ordinance No. 480,
Section 11.5(f), requiring a minimum lot area of forty three thousand five hundred sixty (43,560)
square feet. The request is being made by the applicant, Kevin Northcutt, for property described
as Tracts 2A6 and 2A, F. Throop Survey, Abstract No. 1511, City of Southlake, Tarrant County,
Texas and located at 2008 and 2010 E. Highland St., Southlake, Texas. The current zoning is SF -
1A —Single Family Residential District. PUBLIC HEARING
