Dress up the west façade of building one, bringing forward some alternative articulations;
Add mature evergreen tree(s) in between buildings 2 and 3 to help buffer the view from the neighbors to the south;
Applicant committed to replacing the existing fence on the southern boundary with an 8-foot stained (on both sides) cedar wood fence.
