See attached Exhibit 'C' for Ulility Layout See attached Exhibit 'D' for Detail of Utility Placement Grantor reserves ~he right to make such use of the surface area of the property described above for purposes not inconsistent with the use by Grantee of such area for the easement purposes herein stated. Without limitation of the foregoing, Grantor reserves thc right to cwss the easement area with sidewalks, driveways, and other access ways which, may be paved, and reserves the right to pave and landscape across and along such easement ar~a. Grantee agrees to promptly repair any damage to arty such pavins or lendscaping caused by Grantee in exercising its rights under this easement. ~rantor reserves the right, subject to obtaining Grantee's prior consent, which shall not be unreasonably withheld, delayed or conditioned, to relocate the lines located in the easem~n! herein ~ranted to accommodate its development acliv/ties, provided that any such relocalion shall be done at the sole cost, risk and expense of Grantor. This easement shall be perpetual, except that if the Grantee ceases to use the easement area for the purposes herein stated for a continuous period in excess of two years, th~ this easement shrill lapse nna be of no Pdrther force and effect.
