hereby acknowledged and confessed, have granted, sold and conveyed, ami by these presents do

permanent and perpemai non-exclusive easemant for thc purpose ofinstailing, repahing,

across and under that land in Tan'ant County, Texas described as follows, to-wit:
Being a permanent water line easement, described as follows:

Grantor reserves ~he right to make such use of the surface area of the property described
above for purposes not inconsistent with the use by Grantee of such area for the easement
purposes herein stated. Without limitation of the foregoing, Grantor reserves thc right to cwss
the easement area with sidewalks, driveways, and other access ways which, may be paved, and
reserves the right to pave and landscape across and along such easement ar~a. Grantee agrees to
promptly repair any damage to arty such pavins or lendscaping caused by Grantee in exercising
its rights under this easement.
~rantor reserves the right, subject to obtaining Grantee's prior consent, which shall not
be unreasonably withheld, delayed or conditioned, to relocate the lines located in the easem~n!
herein ~ranted to accommodate its development acliv/ties, provided that any such relocalion shall
be done at the sole cost, risk and expense of Grantor.
This easement shall be perpetual, except that if the Grantee ceases to use the easement
area for the purposes herein stated for a continuous period in excess of two years, th~ this
easement shrill lapse nna be of no Pdrther force and effect.

the rights and eppurt~ezs thereto, anywise belonging unto the said Grantee, its successors and

valuable consideration in hand paid by Orantee herein, the receipt and sufficiency of which is
hereby acknowledged and confessed, have granted, sold and conveyed, and by these presents do
grant, sell and c~nvey to the City of $outhlake, Grantee herein, of Tarrant County, Texas a
permanent and perpetual non-exclusive easement for thc purpose of installing, repairing,
maintaining, altering, replacinL relocating, Ired opcredng a 12" water linc in, into, upon, over,
ac~oss and under that land in Tarrant Count% Texas described as follows, to-wit:
Being a permanent water line easement, described as follows:

Grantor r~serve~ the right to make such use of the surface area of the property described
above for purposes not inconsistent w~th the use by Grantee of such area for the easement
purposes herein stated. Without limitation of the foreguing, Grantor reserves the fight to cross
the easement area with sidewalks, driveways, and other access ways whichmay be paved, and
rese,-,ves the right to pave and lantiscape across end along such easement area. Grantee agrees to
promptly repair any damage to any such paving or landscs~in$ caused by Grantee in exercising
its rights under this easement.
Orautor reserves the right, subject to obtaining Grantee's prior consent, which shall not
