KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
THAT WE, Alfredo L. and Angela Gutierrez, for and in considemtion of the sum of Threc Thousand Five
Hundred (3,500.00) Dollars and other good and valuable considemtion in hand paid by Grantee herein, the receipt
and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged and confessed, have granted, sold and conveyed, and by these
presents do grant, sell and convey to the City of Soutlflake, Grantee herein, of Tarrant County, Texas a permanent
and perpetual Easement for the purpose of installing, repairing, maintaining, altering, replacing, relocating, and
operating utilities in, imo, over, upon, across and under flint land in Tarrant County, Texas described as follows, th-
wit:
Being a permanent UTILITY easement, described as follows:

Sec attached Exlfibit 'B' for metes and bounds description together with the
fight of ingress and egress as necessary for such purposes.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above described easement, together with all and singular, the fights and
appurtenances thereto, anywise belonging unto the said Grantee, its successors and assigns forever; and We do
hereby certify that We are file owners of the property described herein and bind ourselves, our heirs and assigns, to
warrant and to forever defend all and singular tile premises unto the said Grantee, its successors and assigns, against
every person whomsoever lawfully claiming or to claim same or any thereof.

15' PERMANENT UTILITY EASEMENT
Field Notes
Being a 0.051 acre tract of land in the J.L. Chivers Survey, Abstract No. 348, City of
Southlake, Tarrant County, Texas and being ~115 foot wide strip of land, over, through, and
across a tract conveyed to Alfredo and Angela Guiterrez in Volume 11739, P.535,
(D.R.T.C.T.) and being more particularly described as follows:
Being a 15 foot wide strip of land having a c~nterline beginning in the east property line of
said Ouiterrez tract, a distance of 32.75' feet from the southeast property corner of said tract
and the north right-of-way line of East Dove Road;
THENCE
proceeding in a northwesterly direction to the west property line of said
Ouitarrez tract, for a distance of 147.20 feet, said point being a distance of
43.13' feet from the southwest property comer of said tract and the north
right-of-way line of East Dove Road.
