PROJECT: Sign Variance for Lululemon Athletica
EXECUTIVE
SUMMARY: Lululemon Athletica is requesting a variance from the Conditional Sign Permit for
Southlake Town Square, Phase I, to allow an illuminated logo sign on their awning
that exceeds maximum allowed height. The applicant is leasing space at 1422
Main Street, Suite 211 (occupied by American Eagle).
REQUEST: The Conditional Sign Permit for Southlake Town Square, Phase I, allows for
installation of an erected awning sign, however, the maximum logo height allowed
is twelve (12) inches. The applicant is proposing a thirty (30) inch illuminated logo
sign. Illuminated awning signs are not permitted.
