2. A. Executive Session: Pursuant to the Open Meetings Act, Chapter 551, Texas
Government Code, Sections 551.071. Refer to posted list attached hereto and
incorporated herein. Executive Session may be held, under these
exceptions, at the end of the Reaular Session or at anv time durina the
meetinq that a need arises for the Planninq and Zoninq Commission to
seek advice from the City Attorney as to the posted subject matter of this
Planning and Zoning Commission meeting. Section 551.071: Consultation
with attorney.
B. Reconvene: Action necessary on items discussed in Executive Session.
3. Consider approval of the minutes for the Planning and Zoning Commission
meeting held on May 23, 2013.
4. Consider approval of the corrected minutes for the Planning and Zoning
Commission meeting dated May 9, 2013.

11. Consider: ZA13-058, Specific Use Permit for a Mass Gathering Event for Stars
and Stripes on property located within Southlake Town Square and being
generally located within the area between E. Southlake Blvd. to the south, State
Highway 114 to the north and Carroll Avenue to the west. The Current Zoning is
"DT" Downtown District.The purpose of this request is to hold the Stars and
Stripes event at Southlake Town Square. SPIN Neighborhood No. 8.
PUBLIC HEARING
12. Consider: ZA13-059, Specific Use Permit for a temporary construction trailer for
K. Hovanian Homes on property being described as Lot 1, Block 17, Carillon
Phase 2A-2, an addition to the City of Southlake, Tarrant County, Texas and
located at 1601 Riviera Ln., Southlake TX. The Current Zoning is "ECZ"
Employment Center Zoning District. SPIN Neighborhood No. 3.

Professional Conduct of the State Board of Texas clearly conflicts with Chapter
