Dear Mr. Ledbetter:
The City of Southlake (City) is in the process of acquiring a temporary construction for the

and is necessary to serve the public health, safety and welfare. Because the City's negotiations to

During the construction process, a temporary eight foot screening fence will be installed. This
fence will be made of chain link and covered with black construction material as to block the

edge of the City's street right of way adjacent to a 6 ft wide concrete sidewalk. The screening
wall will be 7 foot high from the finished elevation of the sidewalk. All side yard fences will be
reattached at the City's expense to the new screening wall.
