The City would like to bid this project out as soon as possible. In order to accomplish this, the necessary easements have to be obtained. The intent of this letter is to provide you in writing the concessions the City will provide to you for consideration of the easement. Hopefully, this in mm will expedite the execution of the easement so that the City can proceed with the project.
