Item 6ACITY OF SOUTHLAI<,-E Department of Planning & Development Services STAFF REPORT May 15, 2013 CASE NO: ZA13-042 PROJECT: Markham Fine Jewelers EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: On behalf of Markham Fine Jewelers, Landry Architects is requesting approval of a Site Plan to revise the storefront elevation on property described as Lot 1, Block 2R1, Southlake Town Square, Phase I, an addition to the City of Southlake, Tarrant County, Texas and located at 218 State Street, Southlake, Texas. The current zoning is "DT" Downtown District. SPIN Neighborhood #8. DETAILS: The applicant is requesting approval of a Site Plan to revise the storefront elevation for Markham Fine Jewelers. The proposed revision includes replacing the existing rectangular door and windows with an arched door and windows. A portion of the brick fagade will be replaced with a cast stone having decorative iron inserts.
