SPIN Forum: SPIN#8 will host a city-wide meeting to discuss the proposed construction of a 45,000 square
foot commercial development located at the southeast corner of North Carroll Avenue & East SH114
Frontage Road. This project would include three retail/restaurant buildings on approximately 7 acres.

SPIN Forum: SPIN#8 will host a meeting to discuss a proposed amendment to the DT Downtown District
zoning to allow for reduced setbacks along F.M.1709 and the east right-of-way of North Carroll Avenue with
site plan approval, consistent with the original Town Square P.U.D. Regulations.
