Continental Park Estates (Lot 36, Block 2) - Release of EasementRELEASE OF EASEMENT OFFICIAL RECORD STATE OF TEXAS COUNTY OF TARRANT WHEREAS, by dedicated sub-division plat appearing of record in Volume 388-98, page 23, plat records of Tarrant County, Texas an easement and right of way was granted the City of Southlake for utility, maintenance, and access, through and upon that certain tract of land situated in Tarrant County, Texas; said tract of land and said easement and fight of way being ~nore fully de~ribed as follows: A 20 foo~ wide utility, maintenance, and access easement parallel and adjacent to the south property line of Lot 36, Block 2 of the Continental Park Estates Addition to the City of Southlake, Volume 388-98, Page 23, Plat records of Tarrant County, Texas. (See Exhibit WHEREAS, the City of Southlake has since abandoned the use of the aforesaid easement and right of way; and WHEREAS, it is the desire of Judy Duncan Lambert to release the property covered by the aforesaid easement and right of way. NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That the City of Southlake acting herein by and through its duly authorized officer, does hereby release the above described easement and rights that it may have or might be entitled to by virtue of the instrument appearing of record in Volume 388-98 Page 23, Plat records of Tarrant County, Texas.
