PROJECT: Master Sian Plan for Windina Creek Subdivision
EXECUTIVE
SUMMARY: On behalf of Terra Winding Creek LLC, David C. Baldwin Inc. is requesting
approval of a Master Sign Plan for the new Winding Creek residential subdivision
generally located south of E. Southlake Blvd. and west of S. Carroll Ave. at 400,
480, 500 and 540, S. Carroll Ave.
REQUEST: The proposed Master Sign Plan includes sign regulations for an entry feature
tower, two entry feature columns and a neighborhood identity sign (subdivision
monument).
A summary of the sign types requested in the Master Sign Plan follows. Please
refer to the attached master sign plan packet (Attachment D) for complete details.
