All buildings located on property zoned P.U.D., S-P-1 or S-P-2 under the City's Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance shall be required to comply with the masonry standards applicable to the most restrictive district in which the use is permitted.   Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance No. 480, as amended, Section 45.16(h) Masonry material used shall match the masonry material of the principal structure on the lot. And, Section 45.16(i): Roof (design, pitch, and materials) to be the same type as the principal structure roof.
